By using Fastscribe, you fully accept these ToS.

Permitted use
The user agrees to:
Not upload illegal, defamatory or violent content, or content infringing the rights of third parties
Not circumvent the platform's security systems
Use the service only within the scope permitted by law

Fastscribe processes data in compliance with the GDPR and does not resell or rent this data. Processing is carried out through certified subprocessors:

Intellectual property

Fastscribe claims no rights over your content
Fastscribe's code, trademarks and graphic elements remain the exclusive property of Fastscribe SAS
Subscriptions and payments
Pricing is available on our website
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen
For consumer offers, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, except where the service is performed immediately with your express consent
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without any absolute guarantee of being error-free or uninterrupted
Fastscribe cannot be held liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the service
The user is solely responsible for the content they upload
Termination
You can delete your account at any time
Fastscribe may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these ToS
International transfers
Some processing (OpenAI, Vercel) involves transfers of data outside the EU, governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) ensuring an adequate level of protection.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of Fastscribe's registered office, subject to any protective provisions applicable to consumers.
Changes
Fastscribe may modify the ToS at any time. In the event of a substantial change, users will be notified.
